Developing a plan of action for lifetime career success
Executive Coaching
As an Executive Coach, I work with forward-thinking professionals looking for career advancement, enhanced leadership skills and greater fulfillment at work. In every case, my focus is on moving the needle. Together, we set goals to take your performance from a 5 to an 8 and ultimately a 10. Goals have to be challenging enough so that you realize true potential, yet at the same time realistic and achievable.
People seek executive coaching for a wide variety of reasons, so I adapt my coaching style to each specific situation. In every case—whether it’s a perceived confidence issue, becoming ‘stuck’ in a role, or adaptation to a foreign business culture - I listen, question, and engage with clients in meaningful dialogue to identify and eliminate the roadblocks that prevent them from achieving what they desire.

How long should executive coaching last?
Coaching engagements usually last 3 to 6 months. I have clients who have come back many times over the course of years when different challenges crop up, but the first engagement—where we uncover root issues, set goals and built a toolkit of new, effective behaviours—typically lasts 5 or 6 months.
