Team Coaching

In my role as an Executive Coach I work one-on-one with business leaders. As my clients gain confidence and direction, I may then work with their teams to ensure congruence and alignment. The goal is always the same: helping teams achieve a healthy working relationship through sustainable goals, processes and measurement.

The need for Team Coaching is on the rise. Professionals are moving around more and more in their work lives. Corporate structures are evolving from a core of full-time employees to a greater proportion of part-time and contract hires, destabilizing the corporate culture. As people and teams enter and exit departments and organizations, they need to set goals and establish the ways they work together.

How long should executive coaching last?

Every situation is different for each coaching engagement, I work together with team leaders to identify issues and to build a vision for ideal outcomes. Out of that comes a tailored program that will achieve those goals.

Team coaching typically consists of 3 sessions over 6, or 8 weeks, but can vary depending on the situation.
